Although allergic reactions to natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend you discontinue use if irritation does develop and contact your physician. Some of our products contain ingredients that derived from nuts such as Shea butter. We try our best to list all active ingredients in our products so you are aware of any ingredients you may be sensitive to.


 If you have a specific sensitivity or allergy, please carefully review the ingredient label of your product or the information on this site before using.  The information presented at our website is not meant to diagnose or treat any medical condition or to replace the advice or care of a qualified health professional.


By completing an order with Udora Body Care, you agree to all of the below terms and conditions. We are NOT responsible for mishandling or misuse of our products. By reading these policies you agree to the below terms and conditions


We are retail only, we do not offer wholesale or private labels at this time. Our items are made when ordered. We do not allow our products to sit on shelves, this is to ensure that your items are made fresh when ordered and to your specifications.  Our customers customize their orders with specifics scents and fragrance that they want and from a limited choice set by us.


We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

  • We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.


  • - PAYPAL


  • We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and with PayPal... You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card. Our credit cards are processed through Square so we do not see any credit card information that you provide to complete your order.


  • No Personal Checks or Money Orders at this time.
