SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All items will be shipped out 1-2 days of receiving your order. 

Except for the busy holidays which can take 2-3 days to ship. 

We only use Paypal shipping address. If you want your item shipped to another location, 

please let us know. Shipping from PayPal is much faster and easier for us to process orders.

I know that shipping cost can get crazy. I am a buyer too and I don't like over inflated shipping cost. 

I have very reasonable shipping rates and will always use flat rate shipping boxes to cut down on cost. 

Please also know that I am on the East Coast and shipping to the other side of the country (west coast) 

will cost a bit so using flat rate boxes will save on shipping for customers that live on the west coast of the US.

Each shipping price includes tracking info and any handling fees. If you do not agree with the shipping,

 please do not purchase. I try to be as fair as possible with shipping cost and we do combine shipping on 

ALL multiple items. We ALWAYS refund if we use any flat rate envelopes or boxes if your items fit

 in these types of packaging.

*Please understand that if your USPS tracking states that your package was delivered, unfortunately

 we will NOT replace package. We can only go by the tracking. In most cases when tracking states 

that it was delivered, most of the time it was delivered to the wrong place or location so you may 

need to check with neighbors or apartment managements as sometimes packages can be left there. 

 

WE WILL NOT REPLACE ITEMS IF DELIVERY CONFIRMATION STATES 

THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED.

*Unfortunately, we will not replace theft of your parcels

 

 

SHIPPING METHODS


We will be using USPS and UPS (coming soon) to ship your packages.


INSURANCE: Insurance is always optional and can be added as a extra cost.

YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, WE WILL NOT REPLACE

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the personal nature of the products sold at Udora Body Care, 

we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Prior to placing your order, 

please email us with any product questions. If you are not completely happy

with your order for any reason, please email us at udorabodycare@gmail.com 

and we will do our best to resolve your issues.

We will work with the customer to iron out any issues that may arise. I put in 

a lot of work and time to make sure everything is perfect before it leaves my hands.

LOST PACKAGES: If USPS tracking states that your packages was NOT delivered 

after a very long period of time (such as more than 10 days ) after it was shipped, 

we will replace your order. I have had orders go missing, customers tell me that their 

package never arrive and USPS tracking says it did, I ship out another package and

 the customer receives the original plus the new package and I have to take that lost

 so enough time has to go by to assure that your package is missing.

We will issue a replacement package if your items are:

Broken or Loose tops and jars (If it was our mistake)

Leaking product

Wrong Order (As we sometimes make mistakes as we are human)

In some cases, seriously lost items WILL be replaced.

We work on a case by case bases as each customer may have different 

problems that may need to be addressed.

 

Canceled/Changed orders

Online ordering processes are automated, so we are unable to make 

changes to an order once it is processed and packed.

 

**Shipping to Someone Else**

If you are shipping to someone else, please make a note in the message

box during checkout that the shipping address is being sent to someone else

SHIPPING ADDRESS

 

Please be sure to verify your address on file when checking out to avoid 

shipping delays. It is EXTREMELY important to make sure your shipping address is correct.

 

• If you have already checked out and your address is incorrect, please notify me ASAP 

so that I may correct the address manually before shipping.

 

• If your order has been shipped to an incorrect address that you have supplied 

(like a previous address) and USPS has returned the package to me, I will contact 

the customer to issue a refund for the items only. If you want the items reshipped. 

to the correct address, the customer will pay for the return shipment.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

 

All packages are shipped using USPS.

 

• First Class Mail (small-medium items): typically 2-5 business days 

Most packages arrive within 3 days depending on where you live, but some may take up to 5

 

• Priority Mail: typically 2-3 business days Any package that weighs over 13 oz

 

DID YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVED LATE?

I don't have control of the shipping times for your order. I wish I did, but unfortunately, 

I have to leave all that up to USPS. Please note that busy times of the year 

(Holidays with a *special* emphasis on Christmas) the Post Office is extremely busy

 so please place your order early to allow plenty of time to process and ship. 

Refunds will NOT be issued for orders that arrive "late". If you waited for the last minute.
